Ayyyy! Puzzle 20: Cougars
Sweet Jesus! Thank yooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooou!!! The call center people are both back today and I am OFF the phones!!!!!!!!!!! Oh. My brain is so happy right now - yesterday was hideous!! But today life makes sense again... yippee!!!
