I thought this toy might live a little longer, given that the manufacturer is Kong, the same people that built Garfunkel's only still-living furry friend. But no go. Garfunkel still likes dragging Miles' body around, though, so I guess that's something. Sort of.

In other Garfunkel news, we just took him to the vet and he weighed in at a whopping 56.5 pounds - that's 7 pounds more than he weighed just a month ago! The Funk is still growing like a weed. Here he is enjoying a sun bath on our patio (his new favorite pastime):
